Once you book with us we'll send you a simple link where you can drag and drop your photos and videos directly into your private folder. No special software or technical knowledge required!

Our preferred timeline is 4 to 6 weeks — this gives us the time to craft something truly special, incorporate your feedback, and deliver an awesome product. That said, we completely understand that life doesn't always give us that luxury and we are happy to work with you on tighter timelines. Rush fees may apply depending on the turnaround needed.

We deliver in whatever format you need — widescreen 16x9 for event screens and TV displays, vertical 9x16 for TikTok and Instagram Stories, square 1x1 for Instagram feed posts, and more. Your primary format is included with your package, and additional formats are available for a small fee. Just tell us where you're showing it and we'll make sure it's perfectly sized and ready to go.

Yes! Most of our packages include one or two rounds of revisions as standard. For further changes or rush requests, additional fees may apply.
